Turtle Back Panel

Turtle - lightweight, slim back panel. This is not a assault/breaching panel for tools and bangs. Designed to carry the essentials ie for when your position gets bombed and you need to survive 48h with what you have on (bladder, warm shirt, 2x MRE, socks, poncho). Comfortable to use with a ruck when empty but expands when needed.
