Quad Pull pouch

Attaches to pc or a chest rig with velcro. Accepts 4 mags. Stretch on sides.
Add Adaptive Rig System buckles and a waist strap to use it like a running belt. 
Velcro placement is designed so that you can attach our IFAK insert to the pouch.
