Attaches to pc or a chest rig with velcro. Accepts 4 mags. Stretch on sides. Hook velcro on long side.
Use  included waist strap to use it like a running belt on the waist.
Velcro placement is designed so that you can attach our IFAK insert to the pouch on other side.
