Molle to velcro adapter

This adapter turns any molle surface to velcro surface. Choose size, color and velcro surface for the adapter. For standard size placard 6-wide loop is the correct one. Coyote brown for multican carriers.
Add optional surface mount buckles for placard conversions: these add top buckle mounts and attach to both horizontal or vertical PALS.
