L4PC EVAC Rear Plate Bag

AVS/JPC rear plate bag upgrade with integrated evacuation properties (patent pending). By pulling the carrying handle the carrier opens a head support and longer pulling handle that allows you to carry the  WIA/KIA upright and pull with your legs. The other end of the handle can be attached to users belt so that you can pull the patient from the belt line and the plate carrier does not rise to patients neck. Evacuation can be done without removing backpack (traditional or one that is mounted to the pc with buckles ie. Avs1000) from the user.
Pull the bottom to expose knee-length litter that can be carrier by up to 8 people. Add L4PC to create a full length litter. Add poles trough the carrying handles to create a stretcher.
